Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), formerly Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech Innovation Co., Ltd. – a member company specializing in information technology under Sojitz Group (one of the largest investment trading conglomerates in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsourcing Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations.

– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies.

To meet development needs, STV is currently recruiting for the following positions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of business applications and system infrastructure.
• Administer DataSpider, HULFT, and JP1/AJS middleware, including installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, upgrades, and system operations; perform data integration, optimize performance, and ensure stable system operation.
• Be responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, backup, upgrades, and administration of operating systems (Windows Server/SUSE Linux) and SAP Basis; perform data integration, optimize performance, and ensure stable system operation.
• Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, including alerts generated by monitoring systems.
• Manage and execute system operation jobs.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system design and operations on Windows Server and Linux (SUSE) platforms.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT system operations, maintenance, and support.
• Experience with, or basic knowledge of, system operations in an Azure environment.
• Good communication skills. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a Japanese IT environment or Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.
• Preferred:
  + Knowledge of middleware, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
  – At least 1 year of experience working with HULFT (File Transfer) or DataSpider.
  – At least 1-2 years of experience with JP1/AJS (Job Scheduling/Monitoring).
  + Experience in SAP Basis system maintenance, operations, and support.
  + Proactive, capable of independently solving problems, able to read and understand documentation, and able to conduct knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer activities.
