Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), new name of Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech-Innovation Co.,Ltd (STechI) – a member company specializing in information technology of Sojitz Group (one of top largest investment and trading corporations in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsource Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations
– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies.

Our customers are large Japanese corporations such as Sojitz, STechI and other Japanese customers.
We are looking for a IT support/IT helpdesk position as below.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
– Support IT helpdesk/IT support for the company (over 100 employees)
– Prepare equipment for employees, support other colleagues on IT issues, troubleshoot equipment and contact suppliers/partners for repair or replacement.
– Perform IT support work, manage and troubleshoot internal systems (servers, PCs/laptops, printers, cameras, networks…), ensure the availability and stability of the network and internal systems. (Candidates without experience will be trained from the beginning).
– Write/prepare technical instructions for employees.
– Implement and closely monitor compliance with internal information security regulations.
– Other assigned tasks.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
You are required to:
– Graduated or about to graduate from college/university majoring in IT or related majors.
– Have basic knowledge of simple network models.
– Have a good working attitude, honesty, and responsibility in work.
– Have good communication skills, problem solving skills.
– Basic English for reading and communication.
You are preferred to:
– Have experience working in an IT Helpdesk/Support position.
– Have solid knowledge of system administration (MCSA certificate is preferred).
– Have experience working with Microsoft products (Windows Servers, Windows Clients, Office,…).
– Experience with Linux and Mac OS is an advantage.
– Experience with virtualization/cloud (VMware/ KVM …) is an advantage.
(If work experience and knowledge are lacking, direct training will be provided on the job)
