WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT STV?

Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), new name of Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech-Innovation Co.,Ltd. (STechI) – a member company specializing in information technology of Sojitz Group (one of top largest investment and trading corporations in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsource Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations

– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies

Our customers are large Japanese corporations such as Sojitz, STechI and other Japanese customers. We are looking for a CTO as below.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

– Propose and implement management strategies from the perspective of technology use:
+ Define the company’s technology vision and align the technology strategy with the company’s business goals
+ Organize, implement and monitor the development and deployment of the overall technology roadmap
– Team training and management:
+ Establish and manage a core team of talented technical experts to provide solutions and technical support for each of the company’s software development projects
+ Provide guidance, support and training to continuously improve the technical skills and capabilities of the entire technical team
– Product development and improvement:
+ Always update the latest technologies from around the world and advise, apply advanced technological advances to the company’s products as well as other software projects
+ Facilitate the development and deployment of the company’s products and services and their marketing to ensure they meet market and customer needs
– Risk management:
+ Anticipate, monitor and resolve the company’s technical risks

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

– Graduated with honors from universities specializing in IT
– Have experience in the position of CTO or similar role at companies in the same field
– Good communication skills
– Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
– Ability to quickly update technology trends to build strategies
– Have extensive experience in technology, languages ​​and software development (candidates who have experienced all positions from dev – team lead – Brse/PM – Technology leader is an advantage)
– Priority is given to candidates with good foreign language skills (English communication or Japanese N1/N2/or having worked in Japan is an advantage)
