Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), formerly Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech Innovation Co., Ltd. – a member company specializing in information technology under Sojitz Group (one of the largest investment trading conglomerates in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsourcing Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations.
– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies.

To meet development needs, STV is currently recruiting for the following positions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Participate in the development and maintenance of Web/App software systems as per project requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize features using React or Vue at the frontend.
• Develop backend using Python or Java.
• Research and deploy AI/LLM/GenAI solutions into products (Chatbot, AI Agent, RAG, Automation, AI Workflow…).
• Participate in requirements analysis and system architecture design.
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members (for Senior positions).
• Work directly with clients/partners (when necessary).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

• Graduated from university/college in Software Development, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or IT-related fields.
• Experience:

+ Middle: At least 3 years of software development experience.
+ Senior: At least 5 years of experience, with system design experience.

• Technical skills:

+ Experience working with ReactJS or VueJS.
+ Proficient in backend development using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask…), .Net, or Java (Spring Boot…).
+ Experience in designing and using RESTful APIs.
+ Experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB…).
+ Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Microservices.
+ Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker.
+ AI/GenAI skills: Experience in developing or integrating projects related to LLM (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, open-source LLM…), RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agent/ Workflow automation.
+ Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS…) is an advantage.
+ Preference for candidates with practical AI application experience.

• Soft skills:

+ Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Proactive, highly responsible spirit.
+ Good teamwork and communication skills.
+ Ability to read and understand English documents.
+ Preference given to candidates who know Japanese (N3 or higher) or basic conversational English.
+ Preference for experience working with Japanese clients.
