Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), new name of Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech-Innovation Co.,Ltd. (STechI) – a member company specializing in information technology of Sojitz Group (one of top largest investment and trading corporations in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsource Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations

– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies

Our customers are large Japanese corporations such as Sojitz, STechI and other Japanese customers.
We are looking for Senior BrSE positions for the company’s software development projects as below.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

– Act as a bridge engineer between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam for diverse projects related to enterprise management domain, or AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP,…
– Participate in requirement hearing sessions and consult on solutions for clients.
– Engage in business requirement analysis (BA/Requirement Analysis) — clarify requirements with clients and communicate detailed specifications to the technical team.
– Prepare requirement documents, basic design documents (基本設計), and detailed design documents (詳細設計) when necessary.
– Review deliverables from development team and provide feedback to the client.
– Join regular meetings with clients, present results, propose solutions, and support issue resolution.
– Support internal training for team members to promote younger BrSE.
– Perform other tasks within the scope of work as assigned by management

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or other IT-related majors from universities, colleges, or programming training centers.
– 3 years of experience as a BrSE or equivalent position in a Japanese outsourcing project.
– Good Japanese communication skills: N2 or higher (N1 preferred).
– Firm knowledge of software development processes.
– Experience in DEV/BrSE with projects using .NET / C#, SQL server (maintenance or new development).
– Ability to read/understand technical documents and clearly communicate issues to both sides.
– Can support design review, source code, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
– Experience with business systems (ERP, accounting, sales, logistics, inventory …).
– Ability to analyze and solve problems, propose optimal solutions …
