Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), new name of Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech-Innovation Co.,Ltd. (STechI) – a member company specializing in information technology of Sojitz Group (one of top largest investment and trading corporations in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:

– Software development (outsource Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations
– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies

Our customers are large Japanese corporations such as Sojitz, STechI and other Japanese customers.
We are looking for positions for the company’s software development projects as following:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

– Participate in software projects for Japanese clients. Design and implement Azure/Databricks infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, optimization, security, and cost efficiency.
– Provide consulting, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates to automate cloud deployment.
– Ensure compliance with cloud security frameworks, governance, and best practices.
– Develop and maintain documentation of cloud architecture, policies, and operational procedures.
– Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders, vendors, and internal development teams.
– Have foundational knowledge and ability to deploy services on Azure/Databricks with AI integration.
– Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend suitable improvements.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

– At least 1 year of experience in IT/software projects as web developer. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and Databricks.

– Prefer proficiency in the following tools & skills:
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates, or BICEP.
• Git & Version Control: GitFlow, branching, pull request management.
• Networking & Security: Configuring VNet, Subnet, NSG, VPN, Azure Firewall.
• Writing system architecture documentation and user guides.
• Azure services such as Azure CosmosDB, Azure AI Search, Azure Storage Account, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure WebApps, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure API Management.

– Prefer certifications:
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator
• AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional
• AI-102: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution

– Japanese language skills (JLPT N3 or higher) is a strong plus.

– For Senior positions, additional soft skills are preferred:
• Technical team management: task assignment, technical investigation, code review, troubleshooting support.
• Progress and scope management for assigned work.
• Communication with clients (with Comtor support) to confirm and clarify requirements, present results, and collect feedback.
• Business analysis and solution orientation: understand client needs and propose suitable technologies.
