Sojitz Tech-Innovation VIETNAM Co., Ltd. (STV), new name of Nissho Electronics Vietnam, is a subsidiary of Sojitz Tech-Innovation Co.,ltd (STechI) – a member company specializing in information technology of Sojitz Group (one of top largest investment and trading corporations in Japan).

STV was established in August 2011, focusing on the following areas:
– Software development (outsource Web app/ Mobile app/ Data Science & AI/ AWS Cloud & Azure Cloud/ Automation Testing…) for large Japanese corporations
– Product development and service deployment for the Vietnamese and Japanese markets through research and application of new technologies.

Our customers are large Japanese corporations such as Sojitz, STechI and other Japanese customers.
We are looking for a leader in Quality Management for the company’s software development projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Specific tasks:
1. Formulate a comprehensive quality management strategy for the entire software development process, and promote the establishment and improvement of a company-wide quality culture.
– Set quality goals that are consistent with the Company’s short-term and long-term business goals as well as based on general quality trends in the IT industry
– Plan, organize and coordinate activities to achieve goals
– Build and manage PQA/PMO team if any

2. Improve testing process and testing quality to ensure the quality of the company’s projects:
– Take part in managing the testing process to ensure product quality.
– Improve, implement and monitor, evaluate the implementation of the test plan to ensure that quality criteria are met.

3. Support projects in implementing process application
– Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing and maintaining quality processes and standards.
– Ensure that processes are implemented effectively and in accordance with the specific needs of the project.

4. Monitor project process compliance.
– Identify and resolve issues related to process compliance in a timely and effective manner

5. Periodically report process application status to the board of directors.
– Act as a consultant, recommend process improvements and adjustments when necessary

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

– University/College degree in IT or Quality Management.
– Minimum 4 years of quality management (QAM) experience required
– Experience or ability to propose testing quality indicators and criteria, organize measurement, synthesize, analyze and report quality indicators are required.
– Experience in building/applying processes for software companies
– Experience in building and tailoring set of evaluation criteria to project quality.
– Experience in building team, recruiting, evaluating personel and organizing quality training
– Understanding of WaterFall, Agile Scrum models
– Using project management software such as Jira, Redmine, Backlog, SVN
– Having English and/or Japanese skill (good at reading, writing and communication)
– Know how to make report by word, excel, ppt and other tools to analyze data effectively
– Having project management professional (PMP), ISTQB Advanced certificate is an advantage
– Having certificates in quality management systems and project management is an advantage: Auditor, PMO, PSM… CMMi, ISO 27001, ISO 9001
