CO-OPERATION FOR PROVIDING INFRASTRUCTURE, SERVICE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SERRVICE OF VNPT FOR SHOPPING MALLS OF AEONMALL AROUND VIETNAM.

 

Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (hereinafter referred to as “VNPT”) with AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “AMV), and Nissho Electronics Vietnam Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “NEV”) together agreed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) about the co-operation for providing infrastructure, services and telecommunications solutions, and information technology (IT) service of VNPT for the whole shopping malls of AMV around Vietnam. According to that, the Parties shall combine the inherent power of each Party such as VNPT is the technology infrastructure, NEV is the ability to access and advise new solutions and technologies, AMV is the place to focus the connection of the people, in order to apply and promote Digitalization ICT utilization to contribute to the improvement of convenience and comfort of Vietnamese people’s lives.

 
● Purpose
 

Through the signing of MOU, the Parties define the common approaching method of the parties to co-operate and provide telecommunication infrastructures, IT services and information services, solutions, and digital services at AMV’s shopping malls in Vietnam, based on AMV’s management and operation requirements, as well as telecommunications and IT services and utilities to meet the highest level of customer requirements.

 
● Content
 

VNPT, AMV, NEV shall together co-operate to develop the projects concerning with information solutions and services at AMV’s shopping malls including:

-Discussing to deploy VNPT’s online payment systems, solution and service including to VNPT Pay e-wallet, QR-VNPT payment;

-Discussing to deploy system and provide Wifi connection service;

-Discussing to deploy system and provide VNPT’s online advertising solutions and service;

-Discussing to provide infrastructures including internet connection, optical cable on demand;

-VNPT advises and implements digital transformation projects, deploy IT services for AMV including big data analysis and customer behavior analysis.

-NEV acts as a bridge between AMV and VNPT in developing the information technology systems applied to AMV, especially in the role of technology and application consultants for the purpose of further development of many facilities in AMV, enhance customer satisfaction and thereby promote regional economy.
